2001 RAM Quad Cab Rear Passenger Door

Need a rear passenger door for the Quad cab, opens backwards like a suicide door, preferably white, not all beat up and with working inner components...door latch, etc.

The truck I have had the door jammed before I got it and the latch assembly rusted somehow and won't release the door. So either need all the guts inside or a whole door if reasonably priced. thank you. Closer to wisconsin would be great.
