This is a vinyl doll that was sculpted by Nathan Cabrera and marketed by Necessaries TOy Foundation...Also for Sympathy for the Record too..

She is about 17 inches tall and came in plastic packaging and sold for 38.00, but honestly is worth more today considering only 400 were produced...
