Card Football Game From 1960's

A friend remembers purchasing a football card game in 1967.

It had 33 cards (he thinks) that had plays with different results on one side of each card. The other side of the card was green. The cards came in a small cardboard box that was just a little bigger than the cards themselves.

He remembers it having the following:
left end
left tackle
left guard
center
right guard
right tackle
right end
short pass
long pass
kickoff
punt
kickoff and punt return
field goal attempt
