Disney "Baby's First Pooh Bear" plush, security blanket

I'm looking for a very specific item (*SEE PHOTO*) by Disney that had been sold @ Babies-R-Us stores approx 2 yrs ago--it's a small Winnie the Pooh plush toy w/ attatched cream security blanket lovey that has "Baby's 1st Pooh Bear" embroidered on the front & has a silky soft, satin trim. (Also, 2 corners opposite e/o on the blanket make "crinkle" noise when rubbed.) Item MUST be from smoke-free home. "New"/"Like New" condition preferd, but item "Gently Loved" acceptable. Willing to negotiate $$$
