Dualshock 3 worn in loose sticks (ps3)

looking for a ps3 ds3 controller than it well-used and the analog sticks are VERY LOOSE from long usage. important you know the difference. and with equally loose resistanse... not partially loose one 1 side [for sitting with the sticks in one position in a box or something]. also has to be the newer ones with the sweat resistant plastic. not the shiny ones. the sixaxis has shiny slippery plastic. older ds3's did too (over a year). need the newest one. willing to buy or trade for new ds3.
