February 1983 issue of Four Wheeler magazine

Hey, I am looking for the Feb 1983 issue of Four Wheeler since another member upset me by winning a 1981-1984 collection of FW issues including the Feb 1983 issue, just recently and need another copy of this.. Please post this as a BUY IT NOW so that I can avoid paying unnecessary charges from unnecessary proxy bidding for the mag. This has to at least be in good condition and fully readable with no missing or torn pages. I am willing to pay a max of $20, I think for this mag and others, if poss
