Hallmark Cookie Jar - White Dog (Black Spots) on Sled

From 80s (maybe 90s.) Xmas cookie jar of dog on a sled. Dog is white with few black spots on sides. He is on blue sled, holding a Xmas gift with a red bow. He has a green scarf around his neck with red highlights. His long black ears are blowing back in the wind. He was sold at Hallmark stores and had matching Xmas gift tags etc.
