Hartstrings skort, blue/green/white shell pattern; top

Hartstrings skort made of fabric with medium blue background, and green, blue, and white shells and fish all over it. Trim on front flap of skort is green grosgrain ribbon. Would buy skort without matching top, but would like top, too, if available: a white t-shirt with green vertical ruffle on front and several blue fish embroidered on it. Would like size 4T and a size 8 as well. Need excellent conditon. see photo.
