Inuit/Eskimo Parka with hood

I am living in rural Manitoba and the weather here is commonly -50. I am freezing for two reasons: store bought coat does not keep me warm and very little on cash. My husband has been laid off and I am fighting with Social Security trying to get disability for a debilitating disease. I need the parka to be a men's large or woman's extra large. A neighbor told me to find an Inuit Parka because they WILL keep me warm in the dead of winter. PLEASE, CAN SOMEONE HELP ME? I CAN'T AFFORD MORE THAN $50.
