LF Credit Card Holder Leather Leslie Fay Vintage

I am searching for over twenty years now for this. I have enclosed a picture that has the same insignia to the one that I am looking for. It is leather and opens like an accordian. It is not the buxton one. It is not a zipper, but rather a snap in the front of it and has an id window in the back. It is rectangle is shape and only holds credit cards, and license. It does not have a space for change. I have gotten a ton of responses with the buxton style and it is not the right one.
