Machine that helps you use punches.

At our craft store I used a machine that helped me punch out items. I could use any sized punch and pull the lever down and it would press on the punch. I don't have enough strengh in my hands to make a lot of them work. I saw one on here but did not get it as I had ordered it through my store. They could not get it so I am looking for one here. I need it right away. I believe the one here was starting at seven something. I want one that is in excellent to new condition. Any help apprecia
