Mens XXL 59cm Fedora Hat not stingy brim black or brown

I am looking for a fedora hat for my father, who is half Italian, as a gift. He wears a size XXL which I think is 59 or 60 cm. Maybe he could wear an XL. I think black would be the best but brown would also be good. I think it should be wool and crushable. It should have a 2 1/2 or so inch brim, not the stingy brim. It should be even around, not like the indiana jones style. Other places where I have seen them are too expensive ($35-$55) because if its too expensive he won't wear it. Thanks.
