Microwave Heat Neck Wrap With Velcro Strap

I suffer from chronic neck/shoulder pain and am looking for something that I can wear around the house that will provide heat therapy to my neck and shoulders. I don't want to be tied down with an electric heating pad. I have seen thin rice wraps that you can put in the microwave and lay across your neck, but what I am looking for is a taller thing that will go from the base of my skull across my shoulders like a cape, and will provide heat. Obviously it will need straps to secure it.
