Relatively recent built home, 2005-2009, 3/3 or so, in nice condition with 5-15 acres land fenced for animals or crops; great to have barn &/or workshop, pond, pool. Size 2000-3000 s.f. Don't want high property taxes. Don't want fixer upper or run down neighbors with yards full of junk!!! Prefer location relatively near airport, if possible. Cash buyer, but must sell current home first to provide cash for purchase. Don't want to finance. If we can avoid a realtor, all the better for us both. THX
