Non-JBOD Dual Hard Drive Enclosure

I need a relatively inexpensive Dual HD Enclosure. It can have a JBOD option, but it should be just a simple dual enclosure. Metal casing, with a key lock to seal it shut. SATA inside for the HDs, and either Firewire/USB/eSATA or any combo of those for external connections. Can have LCD or a different kind of display on outside to display status of drives (i.e. temperature of drives, SMART data, activity, capacity, etc.). The amount I am willing to pay depends on condition, type, and size.
