Nordstrom Human Resources Handbook Orientation Guide

Hi there!!

I am a new graduate student who in the upcoming years will be studying business. One area that really excites me is that of customer service. I know I will be having some papers to do in this area.

I am interested in studying how Nordstrom explains customer service or gets this point across to their new hires. I am interested in purchasing any new hire HR books or videos, etc. that explain the Nordstrom values, etc. Thanks!!
