Plush infant toy - pale blue & white bunny/puppy

I'm searching for a replacement for my son's lovey. It was purchased in 2004/2005. Not sure of the manufacturer, perhaps Carter's. Front has a little pocket with a lamb on it, and a bow-tie. Not sure if this is a bunny or a puppy. Photo shows 2 brown stripes on the back side; these are "dolly's band-aids" (iron-on patches, holding in the stuffing), and weren't on the original doll. Looking for similar one in better condition to "get dolly new clothes". Can be used, if in better condition.
