Storm Door Hardware - 3-Post Surface Mount Handset

I need a specific surface mount locking storm door handset, that has been discontinued. It is surface mount (NOT mortise), and has three posts/screws (NOT four). It is a ONE PIECE handle and lock set, that I believe was manufactured by a company called Larson. These handsets were used on storm doors in the early-mid 2000s. The handset should have keys, and a brass or antique brass finish. Flexible as to condition. Please contact me if you have the handset in the picture (NEW or USED)!
