Teresita wall votive candleholders from Crate & Barrel

I'm seeking THREE Teresita wall votive candleholders, an item that Crate & Barrel carried 2007-2008 but has discontinued and no longer has in stock (SKU 469823).

The candleholders are wrought iron with an antique bronze finish, with a vine motif, and hold 9 glass tealights each. Each panel measures 2 feet wide by 4 feet high.
