Velcro Receptive Fabric

Looking for Velcro Receptive Fabric - this is a special fabric that can be used for displays, etc. My sister teaches autistic children and has asked me to make up some carriers that the children can use to not only carry the communication cards to and from school but a place to place them when the teachers are working with them. If you have any or have a suggestion, please let me know. This fabric would eliminate the need for several pieces of velcro - the entire fabric handles the velcro. T
