Walgreens Blue 16-22" Stuffed Bear with Bib

I am looking for a stuffed bear that is about 16-22" tall. He is originally from Walgreens; bought him about 15 years ago, give or take. Mine was given away accidentally:( He is a light blue and has a bib around his neck. He is in standing position, and is very furry. The bib has lace around the edges of the material. I believe his tongue is sticking out, and that he has a pink nose (but these two statements are not 100% positive). I am going from memory. He was originally $14.99, and is soft.
