If your iPhone has firmware version 3.1, don't bother.

iPhones 2G: Screen has to be in good condition.
Price offered: $100 - $150 including S&H depending on conditions.

iPhones 3G: Screen can be damaged but LCD and digitizer working.
Price offered: $200 - $250 including S&H depending on conditions.
