Wedgwood plates made for Levy Jewelers of Savannah, GA

In 1958 Wedgwood china made a series of plate with scenes of Savannah, GA. The back of the plate says, "Made expressly for Levy Jewelers, Inc. i cooperation with the Savannah Chamber of Commerce.

I have only been able to find one of these plate. It is of the Telfair Academy of art and Sciences. I know that there were others made but I don't know the names or how many. Levy Jewelers is still in business in Savannah and I know that Wedgwood required a minimum order of 100 plates.
