Wedgwood plates made for Levy Jewelers of Savannah, GA

In 1958 Wedgwood china made a series of plate with scenes of Savannah, GA. The back of the plate says, "Made expressly for Levy Jewelers, Inc. in cooperation with the Savannah Chamber of Commerce.

I have only been able to find three of these plate. They are Juliette Gordon Low birthplace and the Owens-Thomas House. I have been told 12 different plates made but I don't know the names.
