Short Snorters were Mostly U.S $1 Legal Tender Notes Signed By Different Armed Forces Soldiers.Even soldiers of other nations signed these dollar bills.These Notes/bills were mostly signed in bars,Pubs,Taverns,Etc for many,many different reasons.Bombing raids,special forces actions,,and so on.Depending on who you ask is how many different answers you will get.These snorter notes are not uncommon,just neat.
