a hand tool

This is a hand tool that looks like a fat pencil that has a y shaped wire that a spool of embroidery thread goes on to the thread is threaded through the tool and then through the needle like you would a sewing machine needle you can take a pillow case or a shirt or even quilt squares ect... and use the tool like you are a sewing machine and punch the needle of the tool in and out of the material that you have drawn or ironed on, to fill in the picture which looks like a rug picture.
