a tornado simulating, light changing globe lamp

When you turn this light on, it starts to swirl like a tornado as it changes color.It is in a round see through globe with a plastic or wooden base. I bought one years ago at Sears or J.C. Penney for someone and it got broken. Cannot find it in either store or anywhere else. Can you help? Thank you
