lightbox laugh sign

I am looking for a 110v electric lighted box sign that lights up with "laugh". I would like the sign to be about 8X10 or 11X14. The box should be black with the word "laugh" in red tint with atleast a 40w bulb inside. The cord should be atleast 10ft long and should also have an inline switch. I am hoping to not spend more than $30-35 dollars on such an item.
