mobile home lot or land to put a mobile home on

I am getting ready to move to Cheyenne, Wyoming, I am looking for a mobile home space or a piece of land to put a 16 x 80 mobile home on. Land must have utility hookups already to it. I would also consider trading my mobile home which is parked in Chadron, Nebraska for something in Cheyenne, (mobile home, apartment, or house). I would be willing to work for part of the rent or cost. I would like to move within the next 6 months but can do so at any time if something is available. Thaks
