plastic tan bear with sailor outfit

I am looking for a molded boy sailor bear to match the girl I have in the picture, possibly made of celluloid. I believe he wore a white shirt with sleeves and blue trim and a sailor hat. There is no brand or marking, except a square opening under the feet. They came as a set with what I remember to be a plastic cash register (I could be wrong). Made in the early 80's.
