Interested in multiple 1.75" tall toy people with a metal ball-bearing base, and/or any related toys.

In my dim childhood memory, a building came with multiple people like this, and they slid down a ramp into a rolling or flying vehicle of some kind. The "hair" on the person looks like it could be a flight or safety helmet. The only identifying mark on my person is "SINGAPORE" across his back.

Any information about brand or models would be greatly appreciated.
