someone who makes custom quilts/blankets out of t-shirt

I am looking for someone who makes custom quilts/blankets out of t-shirts. My son is a freshman in highschool this year, and I have donated sooo many great t-shirts that he has outgrown and that were very expensive. I am going to start saving them now and would love to find someone who would be able to make this for him. I think it would be a great graduation gift. thanks!
